A safe experience

A safe experience

Let's meet in complete safety

At a time when COVID cases are on the rise, the Paris Opera recommends that spectators and visitors maintain the use of masks and barrier gestures.

Spectators and visitors with tickets that cannot go to the Opéra national de Paris for reasons related to Covid-19 can contact the Spectator Service, provided that they come forward before the date of the performance or visit.

Information : by phone at +33 1 73 60 23 23, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., or by mail at resa.internet@operadeparis.fr for spectators or visitegarnier@operadeparis.fr for visitors.

Be reassured!

Everything has been organised to welcome you in the best possible conditions and in compliance with the health regulations in force. With your help, the safety of all will be ensured, so that you can fully enjoy the performance.

VACCINE PASS

Since March 14th, the vaccination pass will no longer be required in cultural and recreational facilities, and consequently in our theatres.

Wearing a mask remains strongly recommended.

For more information, you can also visit: https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus/pass-vaccinal

A healthy environment

All areas are cleaned regularly. Particular attention is paid to the upkeep of contact points: door handles, lift buttons, handrails, toilets.
The ventilation of the auditorium and corridors is guaranteed by constantly renewed fresh air.

Hand sanitiser at your disposal

Hand sanitiser is available from dispensers placed at the entrances to our theatres.

Be reassured!

Health safety is the responsibility of one and all, we invite you to observe the following recommendations and to respect protective health precautions at all times.

Arrive in good time

The Opera opens its doors 45 minutes before performances in order to facilitate the arrival of spectators. Arrive in good time!

Face mask

Wearing a properly fitting mask (covering nose and mouth) is highly recommended inside our theatres.

Remember to wash your hands regularly

Do not hesitate to use the hand sanitiser at your disposal on a regular basis and to wash your hands upon arrival.

In the theatre, let us show you the way

We would ask you to respect the seat number printed on your ticket and not to change places even if there are free seats. At the end of the performance, audience members are requested to leave their seats in an orderly fashion, respecting the recommended safety distance from other audience members, until they finally leave the theatre.

We thank you and wish you a pleasant time at the Opera.
