Synopsis
With Coquilles, his first creation for early childhood, Amala Dianor creates a dialogue between the songs of Senegalese griots, poet-musicians who are the repositories of oral tradition in West Africa, and the violins of a 19th-century waltz.
This playful encounter enables dancers from different worlds to develop a common choreographic language.
