Thomas Docquir and Jack Gasztowtt appointed "Premiers danseurs" (First Soloists)
On the recommendation of José Martinez, Director of Dance, Thomas Docquir and Jack Gasztowtt have been appointed "Premiers Danseurs" (First Soloists) by Alexander Neef, General Director.
These appointments, effective retroactively from January 1, 2024, were made under the exceptional agreement to Article 9 of Title IV of the artistic personnel appendix of the collective agreement, which stipulates that internal promotion to the rank of "Premier danseur" takes place without competition during the 23/24 season.

Biography
2010: Enters the Paris Opera Ballet School.
2015: Joins the Paris Opera Corps de Ballet.
2017: Promoted to "Coryphée".
2019: Promoted to "Sujet".
2021: AROP dance prize award.
2024: Promoted to "Premier danseur".
Jack Gasztowtt
Biography
2011: Enters the Paris Opera Ballet School.
2017: Joins the Paris Opera Corps de Ballet.
2021: Promoted to "Coryphée".
2022: Promoted to "Sujet".
2024 : Promoted to "Premier danseur".
