Message to spectators

As a result of a national and interprofessional strike followed by some of the Opera’s staff, the performance of L'Après-midi d'un faune / L'Enfant et les sortilèges scheduled on Saturday 18 January 2020 is unfortunately cancelled.

The Paris Opera apologizes for this cancellation. Given the right of employees to declare industrial action up until the scheduled performance time, the Opera was not able to inform the audience earlier and apologizes for this too.

The tickets will be refunded as follows:

- the purchases paid with a credit card (online, by phone or by mail, excluding purchases made at the box office) will automatically be refunded from Monday 20 January 2020 on the bank account used for the payment;
- for the others: refund by post, within approximately three months, after reception of ticket(s), personal details and a Visa, MasterCard, American Express payment card number along with expiry date, or a French bank "RIB" (I.B.A.N with the code B.I.C).
