Biography

Ori Lichtik is a musician, percussionist and DJ. Since 2006, Ori has accompanied the choreographic creations of Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar. He has created electronic music for numerous productions in which the dancers' movements are reflected in the sound and tempo of percussive sounds and rhythms. His compositions are created in parallel with the rehearsal process and can be seen as precise sets from which the dance movements are structured.

As one of the founding fathers of Israel's influential techno scene, he has been producing and organizing music projects, techno raves and numerous other musical events since 1996. In recent years, Ori Lichtik has also coordinated the DJ department at the College for Musical Productions in Israel, where he also teaches.
