Biography
Marc Geujon has been "super soloist" with the Paris Opera Orchestra since 2011.
A graduate of the conservatories of Arras, Rueil-Malmaison, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, he has been a soloist in several orchestras, including those of the Garde Républicaine, Mulhouse, Picardy, and the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris.
In parallel, Marc Geujon regularly performs in concert across Europe, Asia, and the United States, both with orchestras, in recitals, and in chamber music.
A dedicatee of several works, his repertoire spans from the Baroque period to contemporary music. As a trumpet professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, he is committed to preserving the tradition of the French trumpet school while encouraging international exchange.
A passionate organologist, he has been collaborating for many years with Schilke, the renowned instrument maker based in Chicago.
