Lucía Sánchez Perez Double bass

Lucía Sánchez Perez began her musical studies at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Salamanca, where she graduated as a professional musician in 2019. She continues her training at the Conservatorio superior de música Manuel Castillo in Seville in the class of Antonio Torres Olmo. The same year, she joined Thierry Barbé's class at the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris.

Lucía Sanchez Perez perfected her skills by joining various youth orchestras, including the Joven Orquesta Sinfónica Ciudad de Salamanca, the Joven Orquesta de Córdoba and the Joven Orquesta de la Universidad de Almería. She is currently a member of the Orquesta Joven de Andalucía, the EUYO (European Union Youth Orchestra) and the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester. She takes part in numerous orchestras such as the Orquesta Bética de Cámara with the Spanish National Ballet, the Orquesta d'Almaclara, the Camerata Gala and the Orquesta de la Academia de Barenboim-Said de Seville.

In September 2024 she joins the Académie de l'Opéra national de Paris.
