Born in 1987, Daniel Giulianini graduated with honours from the Bruno Maderna de Cesena Conservatoire. He completed his training at the Scuola dell'Opera di Teatro Comunale in Bologna, with William Matteuzzi, Franco Fussi and Carlo Meliciani. He appears on the leading European opera stages.
Recent and future highlights include role debuts as Bartolo (Le Nozze di Figaro) at Teatro Real in Madrid, as Ramfis (Aida) at Royal Danish Opera, and as Don Alfonso (Così fan tutte) at Malmö Opera, as Samuel (Un ballo in maschera) with Riccardo Muti at Teatro Regio in Turin, and his role debuts as Bartolo (The Barber of Seville) at Malmö Opera, followed by performances at Teatro Mario Del Monaco in Treviso and at Teatro Verdi in Padua, and as Nerbulone (Eliogabalo) at Zurich Opera, The Bonze (Madama Butterfly) at Teatro Regio, Ferrando (Il Trovatore) at Hong Kong Opera, and Dulcamara (L’elisir d’amore) at Teatro Mario Del Monaco and Teatro Sociale in Rovigo.
Daniel Giulianini has won many prestigious competitions, including the Etta Limiti (2012) and As.Li.Co (2015) competitions.
