Synopsis
In the more intimate setting of the Amphithéâtre Bastille, the musicians of the Paris Opera Orchestra welcome you for a programme of chamber music.
This concert pays homage to György Ligeti, commemorating the centenary of his birth in 2023. The musicians of the Paris Opera Orchestra, accompanied by contralto Hilary Summers, interweave the works of the Hungarian composer with those of George Crumb, and present a new work by François Gelin.
