Synopsis
For this recital, the artists of the Academy chose to perform some classic pieces from the Anglo-Saxon repertoire among which Samuel Barber’s Hermit songs and Dover Beach, Copland’s Old American songs and the Songs of Travel by Vaughan-Williams.
