Franck Leguérinel performs on major French stages in Mozart, Belcan and French opera repertoires. His talents as a comedian orient his repertoire towards Italian opéra-comique and opéra bouffe. His roles include Pietro (Les Brigands), Baron de Gondremarck (La Vie parisienne), Fritelli (Le Roi malgré lui), the Vizier (Mârouf, savetier du Caire), Don Magnifico (La Cenerentola), Bartolo (Le Barbier de Séville), Don Geronio (Le Turc en Italie), the title role in Falstaff, Dulcamara (L'Élixir d'amour).
He has performed the roles of Don Alfonso (Così fan tutte) in Tours, Jupiter (Orphée aux Enfers) and Agamemnon (La Belle Hélène) in Nancy, the King of Bavaria (Fantasio) at Opéra Comique, Abbé Bridaine in Avignon, the Vizier in Bordeaux and at Opéra Comique, the Marquis de Corcy (Le Postillon de Lonjumeau), Major Cotignac (Madame Favart), Maître André (Fortunio) at Opéra Comique and in Nancy, Don Magnifico in Massy, Baron de Gondremarck in Rouen, Tours and at Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Bailli (Werther) at Opéra de Lausanne, Roi Vlan (Voyage dans la lune) at Opéra Comique and in Athens, Vertigo (Pépito) and Général Boum (La Grande Duchesse de Gérolstein) in Marseille and Tourillon (La Chauve-souris) in Lille. During the 2024-2025 season, he will perform the role of Agamemnon at the Opéra de Tours.
