Wendy is the eldest daughter of six children. Her parents emigrated from Chile to Canada a few months before she was born. She currently lives between Paris and Toronto. Wendy studied Art History at McGill University in Montreal. She began her career directing music videos and now continues to direct videos as well as commercials, art films and television.
Wendy’s dance films can be described as a celebration of the medium. Her respect for dancers and their craft is at the heart of her work.
